FAQ
Returns
Because all SKANONIE pieces are made in small batches — and often made-to-order or one-of-a-kind — I’m not able to offer exchanges at this time. This is simply due to only having a limited amount of fabric and resources.
That said, if you're not fully happy with your SKANONIE piece, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. To be returnable, your piece must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Returned with all tags and packaging intact
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If that ever happens, please reach out within 3 days, and I’ll make it right.
To request a return, just send an email to [email protected] with your order number and a quick note about what’s going on — and I’ll sort it out for you.
Shipping
Every Skanonie piece is made, packed, and shipped with care by just one pair of hands — mine!
If the piece is pre-made and ready to ship, it will be sent out within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
Most pieces, however, are made-to-order, so please allow up to 3 weeks for production before your order is ready to ship.
Once your order is finished, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
At this time, I only offer shipping within New Zealand - and the good news is shipping is completely free!
Kind Note:
I’m not responsible for delays after your order has been shipped or for lost/stolen packages — but if something comes up, please reach out. I’ll always do my best to help however I can.
Care
Each SKANONIE piece comes with a little care card attached — like a lil love note just for you!
Because the garments are handmade with special fabrics and details, care instructions are included on a swing tag rather than a permanent label.
Be sure to keep the card nearby so your piece can stay beautiful for years to come. You’ll also receive a digital copy of the care instructions in case the original gets lost.
